Whilst our management
experience is in local authorities, we have assisted a
group of PCTs to implement better arrangements for
decision making for NHS funded continuing care and with
stakeholders in developing children's trusts.
Our experience and
skills
As
a Partnership, we have extensive experience of social
and health care work including:

Reviews
and improvement work – business planning, performance
management, system improvement; and
-
Mediation, coaching and mentoring – both
groups and individuals
fieldwork as part of research studies
and partnership building across agencies in
both adult and children’s services.
Our
relative skills complement one another well and ensure a
high standard of delivery at all stages of an

creating information, and presenting it in accessible
reports;
