WHAT IS THE PARTNERSHIP WHAT ARE OUR VALUES

We are a small organisation of three working partners, and we share any profit with charities. We are committed to working alongside staff in organisations who share our aims of providing excellent services to disadvantaged and vulnerable people. We are committed to combating inequality and discrimination. We will produce ‘products’ (reports, strategies, action plans) but our main aim is to build confidence and skills with managers and staff at all levels.

We all have long experience as assistant directors in adult or children's social services. We are all registered social workers, (links to CVs) having had a variety of posts in probation, residential child care, college lecturing, inspection and social work.

Since 2000 we have been self-employed and in 2004 created our Partnership. The Partnership is approved by the Department of Health as a framework provider to assist with improvement programmes in social care services. In the past two years we have led and been part of Department of Health funded improvement/support teams in five local authorities. We have also undertaken other assignments on our own behalf. We are also approved providers for CSCI Special Studies.

We have experience of working in both England and Wales.

We have a number of associate consultants whom we can call on when a piece of work requires more capacity or different skills. They bring additional expertise and experience in the fields of social care, health and education, external evaluation and quality assurance, contracting and commissioning and financial management.
